All players at Silverbacks Park play at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during an activity or while using the facility. Due to the highly competitive nature of our leagues, tensions can sometimes boil over into physical altercations. All players also assume the risk and full responsibility for any injuries stemming from such altercations. By playing at Silverbacks Park, each player voluntarily accepts and assumes all the risks associated with sports participation and facility use.
