Bartender Job Description: We are looking for professional, high-energy applicants with excellent communication skills. Bartenders will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages as well as deliver food to tables. Bartenders are expected to be able to lift at least 50 pounds, to be comfortable working outside, to handle basic cleaning, and capable of working in a busy/fast paced environment.
To succeed as a bartender, you should take pride in your work and have an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
Barback Job Description: We are looking for hard working motivated individuals. Barbacks will be expected to be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable cleaning and emptying trash.
To succeed as a barback you should be observant, punctual, and willing to break a sweat at work! Bartending or barbacking experience a plus!
Perks and Pay
Bartenders are paid hourly and split a 18% service charge that is added automatically to all served items. Barbacks are paid hourly. Hourly pay amounts will be discussed in the interview process.
